Dry white wine, whose coupage is made up of Moscatel, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Torrontés varieties, thus taking advantage of the orographic and climatic diversity that allow the highest quality cultivation of a large number of grape varieties.
Fragrant on the nose thanks to its daring coupage and a delicate production process that includes maceration with dry ice for maximum extraction of aromas that result in a body of tropical fruits (pineapple, banana, mango or passion fruit) with an important background to white flowers like orange blossom, or jasmine and vegetable notes of freshly cut grass.
On the palate it is fresh and delicate, with a very easy passage in the mouth, but very broad and with a very long and pleasant aftertaste that make Mencal a wine for any occasion.
Altitude of the vineyards: 850 – 1200 m.
Grape varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Moscatel and Torrontés. A good companion for this wine are our cheeses from the Quesos De Leyva artisan cheese factory:
